قرار رئاسي يمني بإسقاط عضوية عيدروس الزبيدي وإحالته إلى النائب العام

أعلن وزير الإعلام اليمني معمر الإرياني صدور قرار عن رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي يقضي بإسقاط عضوية عيدروس الزبيدي في مجلس القيادة الرئاسي، وإحالته إلى النائب العام، على خلفية اتهامات بارتكاب جرائم وصفها القرار بـ”الخيانة العظمى”.

وأوضح الإرياني في منشور على منصة “إكس” أن القرار جاء بعد الاطلاع على دستور الجمهورية اليمنية، والمبادرة الخليجية وآليتها التنفيذية، وقرار نقل السلطة الصادر عام 2022 وتشكيل مجلس القيادة الرئاسي، إضافة إلى عدد من القوانين النافذة، من بينها قانون الجرائم والعقوبات، وقانون محاكمة شاغلي الوظائف العليا، وقانون الجرائم والعقوبات العسكرية.

وبحسب نص القرار، فإن الخطوة تستند إلى الصلاحيات الممنوحة لرئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي بموجب الدستور والقانون، وحرصاً على أمن المواطنين، وتأكيداً لسيادة الجمهورية، إذ أشار القرار إلى ثبوت قيام الزبيدي بالإساءة إلى القضية الجنوبية، واستغلالها لارتكاب انتهاكات جسيمة ضد المدنيين في المحافظات الجنوبية، والإضرار بالمركز السياسي والاقتصادي لليمن، والاعتداء على الدستور والسلطات الدستورية، وعرقلة جهود الدولة، وإثارة الفتنة الداخلية والتمرد العسكري.

ونص القرار، في بنده الأول، على إحالة الزبيدي إلى النائب العام وإيقافه عن العمل، لاتهامه بارتكاب عدد من الجرائم، أبرزها الخيانة العظمى، والإضرار بمركز الجمهورية الحربي والسياسي والاقتصادي، وتشكيل عصابة مسلحة، وارتكاب انتهاكات جسيمة في حق المدنيين، والاعتداء على الدستور والسلطات الدستورية، وخرق الدستور ومخالفة القوانين والمساس بسيادة واستقلال البلاد.

كما قضى القرار، في بنده الثاني، بإسقاط عضوية عيدروس الزبيدي في مجلس القيادة الرئاسي، فيما ألزم البند الثالث النائب العام بإجراء التحقيق والتصرف في الوقائع المذكورة وفقاً للقوانين النافذة.

وفي وقت سابق اليوم الأربعاء، أعلن المتحدث باسم تحالف دعم الشرعية في اليمن اللواء تركي المالكي أن الزبيدي هرب إلى مكان غير معلوم ولم يستقل طائرة الخطوط اليمنية التي كان يفترض أن تقله إلى الرياض، لعقد لقاء مع رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني رشاد العليمي وقيادة قوات التحالف.

Translate to English: Yemeni Minister of Information Moammar Al-Eryani announced the issuance of a decision by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council to revoke the membership of Aidarous Al-Zubaidi in the Presidential Leadership Council and refer him to the Public Prosecutor, following accusations of committing crimes described by the decision as “high treason.”
Al-Eryani explained in a post on the “X” platform that the decision came after reviewing the Constitution of the Republic of Yemen, the Gulf Initiative and its executive mechanism, the 2022 decision to transfer power and form the Presidential Leadership Council, in addition to a number of existing laws, including the Penal Code, the Law on Prosecution of High-Ranking Officials, and the Military Penal Code.
According to the text of the decision, the step is based on the powers granted to the President of the Presidential Leadership Council under the Constitution and the law, out of concern for the security of citizens, and in affirmation of the sovereignty of the Republic. The decision pointed to evidence that Al-Zubaidi had abused the Southern Issue, exploited it to commit serious violations against civilians in the southern governorates, harmed Yemen’s political and economic standing, attacked the Constitution and constitutional authorities, obstructed state efforts, and incited internal strife and military rebellion.
The decision stipulated, in its first article, the referral of Al-Zubaidi to the Public Prosecutor and his suspension from work, accusing him of committing a number of crimes, most notably high treason, harming the military, political, and economic standing of the Republic, forming an armed gang, committing serious violations against civilians, attacking the Constitution and constitutional authorities, violating the Constitution, contravening laws, and compromising the sovereignty and independence of the country.
The decision also stipulated, in its second article, the revocation of Aidarous Al-Zubaidi’s membership in the Presidential Leadership Council, while the third article obligated the Public Prosecutor to conduct an investigation and take appropriate action regarding the mentioned facts in accordance with existing laws.
Earlier on Wednesday, the spokesman for the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, announced that Al-Zubaidi had fled to an unknown location and did not board the Yemeni Airlines flight that was supposed to take him to Riyadh to hold a meeting with the President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, and the leadership of the Coalition forces.
