مصر تدعو لتهدئة بين باكستان وأفغانستان وتجري اتصالات مع إسلام أباد

أعربت الخارجية المصرية، الجمعة، عن قلقها البالغ إزاء تصاعد التوترات والاشتباكات الحدودية بين باكستان وأفغانستان، داعية إلى تهدئة التوتر بين البلدين.
جاء ذلك في بيان للخارجية المصرية، في ضوء التوترات المتصاعدة والاشتباكات الدامية بينهما بين كابل وإسلام أباد، أسفرت عن عشرات القتلى والجرحى من الجانبين.
وقال البيان إن “مصر تتابع بقلق بالغ تصاعد التوترات والاشتباكات الحدودية بين باكستان وأفغانستان، التي شهدت اشتباكات عسكرية اسفرت عن وقوع عدد من الضحايا والمصابين”.
وناشدت مصر “جميع الأطراف بضرورة التحلي بأقصى درجات ضبط النفس”.
وأكدت القاهرة “أهمية بذل كافة المساعي الدبلوماسية الممكنة لتحقيق التهدئة ونزع فتيل الأزمة، تفادياً لانزلاق المنطقة إلى مزيد من التصعيد”.
وشددت على “أهمية تغليب الحلول السياسية والدبلوماسية لتسوية الخلافات بما يصون أمن واستقرار المنطقة”.
وفي إطار ذلك، أجرى وزير الخارجية المصري، بدر عبد العاطي، اتصالا هاتفيا مع نظيره الباكستاني، محمد إسحاق دار، الجمعة، وفق البيان المصري.
واستمع عبد العاطي إلى “شرح مفصل من الوزير الباكستاني حول حقيقة الأوضاع والتطورات”.
وأعرب الوزير المصري عن “قلق مصر البالغ من التطورات الأخيرة”، داعيا إلى “التهدئة وضبط النفس بما يسهم في خفض التصعيد وتجنيب المنطقة مزيد من التوتر وعدم الاستقرار”.
وجاء البيان المصري بعد ساعات من إعلان وزير الدفاع الباكستاني خواجة آصف “حربا مفتوحة” على الحكومة الأفغانية، في ضوء التوترات المتصاعدة بين البلدين.
وشنت طائرات باكستانية ليلة الجمعة غارات جوية استهدفت العاصمة الأفغانية كابل وولايتي قندهار وبكتيكا، رداً على هجوم عسكري شنته أفغانستان قبل ساعات على المنطقة الحدودية بين البلدين.
والجمعة، أعلنت باكستان مقتل 133 أفغانيا وإصابة أكثر من 200 بجروح في عمليات باكستانية، فيما أعلنت الحكومة الأفغانية مقتل 55 جنديا باكستانيا خلال عمليات الرد.
والأحد الماضي، قصفت باكستان 7 مواقع وصفتها بأنها “معسكرات إرهابية” على الحدود مع أفغانستان، عقب سلسلة تفجيرات شهدتها البلاد مؤخرا، فيما سلمت أفغانستان مذكرة احتجاج لسفير إسلام أباد في كابل، وتوعدت بالرد “بشكل مناسب ومدروس” في الوقت المناسب.
وتطالب باكستان، منذ سيطرة حركة طالبان على الحكم في أفغانستان بالعام 2021، الإدارة الجديدة باتخاذ إجراءات ضد “حركة طالبان باكستان” التي تصنفها “منظمة إرهابية”.
وتقول إسلام آباد إن “حركة طالبان باكستان”، نفذت العديد من الهجمات داخل أراضيها، وتتمركز داخل الأراضي الأفغانية، وأن حكومة كابل لا تتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة ضدها.
في المقابل، تنفي الإدارة الأفغانية وجود نشاط لـ”حركة طالبان باكستان” على أراضيها.
وتنشط “حركة طالبان باكستان” في المناطق القبلية الواقعة في “الحزام البشتوني” الممتد بين البلدين على طول “خط دوراند”، الذي رُسم خلال الحقبة الاستعمارية البريطانية ويعمل فعليا كحدود بين أفغانستان وباكستان.

She stressed “the importance of giving priority to political and diplomatic solutions to resolve differences in a way that preserves the security and stability of the region.”
In this context, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aty held a phone call with his Pakistani counterpart, Muhammad Ishaq Dar, on Friday, according to the Egyptian statement.
Abdel Ati listened to “a detailed explanation from the Pakistani minister about the reality of the situation and developments.”
The goose expressedAl-Masry expressed Egypt’s “deep concern over the recent developments,” calling for “calm and restraint in a way that contributes to reducing the escalation and sparing the region further tension and instability.”
The Egyptian statement came hours after Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif declared “open war” against the Afghan government, in light of the escalating tensions between the two countries.
On Friday night, Pakistani aircraft launched air strikes targeting the Afghan capital, Kabul, and the provinces of Kandahar and Paktika, in response to a military attack launched by Afghanistan hours earlier on the border area between the two countries.
On Friday, Pakistan announced that 133 Afghans were killed and more than 200 wounded in Pakistani operations, while the Afghan government announced that 55 Pakistani soldiers were killed during response operations.

Islamabad says that the Pakistani Taliban movement has carried out many attacks inside its territory and is based inside Afghan territory, and that the Kabul government is not taking the necessary measures against it.
On the other hand, the Afghan administration denies the presence of “Pakistani Taliban” activity on its territory.
The Pakistani Taliban movement is active in the tribal areas located in the Pashtun belt extending between the two countries along the Durand Line, which was drawn during the British colonial era and actually serves as the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
