بحث الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين مع نظيره الإماراتي الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان في اتصال هاتفي، التطورات إثر العدوان الأمريكي الإسرائيلي على إيران، ورد الأخيرة بهجمات طالت دول المنطقة.
وجاء في بيان صادر عن الرئاسة الروسية (الكرملين)، الاثنين، أن بوتين أشار خلال الاتصال إلى أن روسيا اتخذت خطوات عديدة لإيجاد حل سلمي للوضع المحيط بإيران.
وذكر البيان أن المبادرات الروسية تعرقلت نتيجة “عمل عدواني مسلح غير مبرر ضد دولة ذات سيادة عضو في الأمم المتحدة، في انتهاك للمبادئ الأساسية للقانون الدولي”.
وأوضح أن بوتين شكر ابن زايد على تقديم المساعدة للمواطنين الروس الموجودين في الإمارات.
من جانبه، شدد ابن زايد على أن “هجمات الرد الإيرانية أثرت بصورة مباشرة على دولة الإمارات، وألحقت بها أضرارا وهددت المدنيين”.
وأضاف البيان أن بوتين أعرب عن استعداده لنقل هذه الرسالة إلى طهران، والإسهام في الجهود الرامية إلى استقرار الأوضاع في المنطقة.
ومنذ فجر السبت، تشن إسرائيل والولايات المتحدة عدوانا عسكريا على إيران، أودى بحياة مئات الأشخاص، على رأسهم المرشد علي خامنئي ومسؤولون أمنيون.
وترد طهران بإطلاق رشقات صاروخية ومسيَّرات باتجاه إسرائيل، وما تصفها بـ”قواعد أمريكية في دول المنطقة”، غير أن بعضها أسفر عن قتلى ومصابين وألحق أضرارا بأعيان مدنية.
وتتعرض إيران للعدوان رغم إحرازها تقدما بالمفاوضات مع الولايات المتحدة بشهادة الوسيط العماني، وهذه هي المرة الثانية التي تنقلب فيها إسرائيل على طاولة التفاوض، وفي الأولى بدأت حرب يونيو/ حزيران 2025.
وتتهم واشنطن وتل أبيب طهران بامتلاك برنامجين نووي وصاروخي يهددان إسرائيل ودولا إقليمية صديقة للولايات المتحدة، بينما تقول إيران إن برنامجها النووي سلمي ولا تسعى إلى إنتاج أسلحة نووية.

Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with his Emirati counterpart, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in a phone call, developments following the American-Israeli aggression against Iran, and the latter’s response with attacks that affected countries in the region.
A statement issued by the Russian Presidency (the Kremlin) on Monday said that Putin indicated during the call that Russia had taken many steps to find a peaceful solution to the situation surrounding Iran.
The statement stated that Russian initiatives were hampered as a result of “an unprovoked act of armed aggression against a sovereign state member of the United Nations, in violation of the basic principles of international law.”
He explained that Putin thanked Bin Zayed for providing assistance to Russian citizens in the Emirates.
For his part, Bin Zayed stressed that “the Iranian response attacks directly affected the UAE, causing damage and threatening civilians.”
The statement added that Putin expressed his readiness to convey this message to Tehran and contribute to efforts aimed at stabilizing the situation in the region.
Since dawn on Saturday, Israel and the United States have launched a military aggression against Iran, which has claimed the lives of hundreds of people, led by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and security officials.
Tehran responds by firing burstsMissiles and drones were launched towards Israel and what it describes as “American bases in the countries of the region,” but some of them resulted in deaths and injuries and damage to civilian objects.
Iran is being exposed to aggression despite making progress in negotiations with the United States, with the testimony of the Omani mediator. This is the second time that Israel has turned at the negotiating table, and in the first the June 2025 war began.
Washington and Tel Aviv accuse Tehran of possessing nuclear and missile programs that threaten Israel and regional countries friendly to the United States, while Iran says that its nuclear program is peaceful and does not seek to produce nuclear weapons.
