شهد الرئيسان الإماراتي الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان والأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي، الاثنين، توقيع اتفاقية الشراكة الاقتصادية الشاملة بين البلدين.
وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الإماراتية الرسمية بأن الشيخ محمد بن زايد وزيلينسكي بحثا في أبوظبي تعزيز علاقات التعاون بين البلدين.
وشهد الجانبان توقيع اتفاقية الشراكة الاقتصادية الشاملة بين الإمارات وأوكرانيا، وفق الوكالة.
وقع الاتفاقية كل من وزير الدولة الإماراتي للتجارة الخارجية ثاني بن أحمد الزيودي ووزيرة الاقتصاد الأوكرانية يوليا سفيريدينكو.
وأكد الشيخ محمد بن زايد “أهمية الاتفاقية في تعزيز العلاقات الاستراتيجية التي تجمع البلدين، ودفع التعاون الاقتصادي الثنائي إلى مستويات جديدة تلبي تطلعاتهما”.
وأردف: “نتطلع إلى أن تشكل الاتفاقية نقلة نوعية في مسار التعاون الاقتصادي والاستثماري لمصلحة التنمية المشتركة للبلدين”.
من جانبه، أكد زيلينسكي “أهمية الاتفاقية في توسيع آفاق التعاون الاقتصادي الإماراتي الأوكراني، لما فيه مصلحة البلدين وشعبيهما”، وفق الوكالة.
وبموجب اتفاقية الشراكة، ستحظى 99 بالمئة من واردات أوكرانيا من السلع الإماراتية، و97 بالمئة من صادرات أوكرانيا إلى الإمارات، بإعفاء فوري من الرسوم الجمركية.
ومن المتوقع أن تضيف الاتفاقية 369 مليون دولار إلى إجمالي الناتج المحلي للإمارات، و874 مليون دولار إلى إجمالي الناتج المحلي لأوكرانيا بحلول عام 2031، حسب الوكالة.
وأضافت أن الاتفاقية تدعم تسريع الانتعاش الاقتصادي لأوكرانيا، وتوفير فرص جديدة للتعاون في مجالات مختلفة مثل البنية التحتية والصناعات الثقيلة والطيران والفضاء وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
وفي عام 2024، بلغ حجم التبادل التجاري بين البلدين 372.4 مليون دولار.
وبدأ زيلينسكي الأحد زيارة للإمارات غير معلنة المدة، ضمن جولة تشمل أيضا السعودية وتركيا.
وبشأن أجندة زيارته لأبوظبي، كتب زيلينسكي باللغة العربية، عبر منصة “إكس” الأحد: “الأولوية ضمان عودة المزيد من أسرانا (لدى روسيا) إلى أرض الوطن، وكذلك الاستثمارات والشراكة الاقتصادية، وبرنامج إنساني كبير”، دون تفاصيل أخرى.
ومنذ فبراير/ شباط 2022، تخوض روسيا وأوكرانيا حربا مدمرة، وأجرتا عددا من عمليات تبادل الأسرى بوساطة دول بينها الإمارات وتركيا.

Under the partnership agreement, 99% of Ukraine’s imports of Emirati goods and 97% of Ukraine’s exports to the UAE will receive immediate exemption from customs duties.
The agreement is expected to add 369milliontotheUAE′sGDPand369milliontotheUAE′sGDPand874 million to Ukraine’s GDP by 2031, as reported by the agency.
It added that the agreement supports accelerating Ukraine’s economic recovery and provides new opportunities for cooperation in various fields such as infrastructure, heavy industries, aviation, space, and information technology.
In 2024, the trade volume between the two countries reached $372.4 million.
Zelensky began an unannounced visit to the UAE on Sunday, as part of a tour that also includes Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
Regarding his agenda for the visit to Abu Dhabi, Zelensky wrote in Arabic on the platform “X” on Sunday: “The priority is ensuring the return of more of our prisoners (held by Russia) to their homeland, as well as investments, economic partnership, and a large humanitarian program,” without further details.
Since February 2022, Russia and Ukraine have been engaged in a devastating war, and several prisoner exchanges have been conducted with the mediation of countries including the UAE and Turkey.
