قال الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي، الثلاثاء، إن بلاده تفضل استعادة الأراضي الأوكرانية التي تحتلها روسيا من خلال الدبلوماسية.
جاء ذلك في تصريحات صحفية بمقر السفارة الأوكرانية في العاصمة أنقرة، الثلاثاء.
وشدد زيلينسكي على أنه لا يستطيع التصرف بصورة تتعارض مع الدستور الأوكراني.
وقال: “لن نعترف أبدا بأن أراضينا التي تحتلها روسيا مؤقتا هي جزء منها. إنها جزء من أوكرانيا”.
وأضاف أن بلاده تفضل استعادة الأراضي الأوكرانية التي تحتلها روسيا من خلال الدبلوماسية.
وأوضح أن أوكرانيا تريد وقف الحرب من خلال الدبلوماسية ومن دون إراقة دماء، لكنها لن تتنازل أبدا عن سلامة أراضيها وسيادتها”.
وأكد “أنهم لم يتوصلوا إلى أي اتفاقات” في محادثاتهم سابقا مع الجانب الروسي في تركيا وبيلاروسيا.
وفيما يتعلق بالدول التي ستكون على طاولة عملية السلام، أشار زيلينسكي إلى أنه يجب أن تكون هناك دول قادرة على تقديم الضمانات لأوكرانيا.
ولفت إلى أنه يمكن إشراك الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي ودول من خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي في هذه العملية.
وأردف: “إذا كانت تركيا قادرة على تقديم الضمانات الأمنية اللازمة لأوكرانيا، فإننا نود أن نراها في هذه العملية أيضا”.
وفي سياق متصل، ذكّر الرئيس الأوكراني بأن بلاده تعترف بتتار القرم على أنهم جزء من الشعب الأوكراني.
وأوضح أنهم يعملون على إعادة السجناء السياسيين من شبه جزيرة القرم (التي ضمتها روسيا).
وقال: “نحن لسنا وحدنا في هذه العملية. تركيا وقطر تساعداننا في هذا الصدد. لا شك أن هذه العملية صعبة جدا”.
يذكر أن روسيا ضمت شبه جزيرة القرم إلى أراضيها بعد أن كانت تتبع أوكرانيا، عقب استفتاء من جانب واحد جرى في شبه الجزيرة، في 16 مارس 2014.
ومنذ 24 فبراير/ شباط 2022 تشن روسيا هجوما عسكريا على جارتها أوكرانيا تشترط لإنهائه تخلي كييف عن الانضمام لكيانات عسكرية غربية، وهو ما تعتبره كييف “تدخلا” في شؤونها.
ووصل زيلينسكي، مساء الاثنين، إلى العاصمة التركية أنقرة، حيث من المقرر أن يلتقي الرئيس رجب طيب أردوغان، في وقت لاحق من الثلاثاء، في المجمع الرئاسي بأنقرة.

He explained that they are working to repatriate political prisoners from the Crimean Peninsula (which was annexed by Russia).
He said, “We are not alone in this process. Turkey and Qatar are assisting us in this regard. Undoubtedly, this process is very difficult.”
