أعلن وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف، الأربعاء، عقد اجتماع بين وفدين روسي وأمريكي بمدينة إسطنبول غدا الخميس.
وأوضح لافروف في مؤتمر صحفي عقده بالعاصمة القطرية الدوحة التي يزورها، أن اجتماع الوفدين الروسي والأمريكي سيبحث استئناف عمل سفارتي البلدين.
وأضاف أن الدبلوماسيين الروس والأمريكيين سيعملون على معالجة المشاكل التي تراكمت في عهد الإدارة السابقة بواشنطن.
وتطرق إلى الملف الفلسطيني، موضحا أن روسيا تشعر بقلق عميق إزاء استمرار الجيش الإسرائيلي في إجراءات تنتهك اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، ما يؤدي إلى توترات في المنطقة.
وأضاف أن روسيا وقطر تؤيدان إقامة دولة فلسطينية، وتحذران من أن تهجير الفلسطينيين بدلا من إقامة دولة لهم قد يتحول إلى “قنبلة موقوتة”.
وشدد لافروف على ضرورة تطبيق قرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي التي تنص على إقامة الدولة الفلسطينية.
وأكد أن تصرفات إسرائيل تتناقض مع اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار وقرارات مجلس الأمن.
وأردف: “الجيش الإسرائيلي يتخذ خطوات إضافية غير متضمنة في الاتفاقات المبرمة مع حماس ولبنان، وهذا يخلق حقائق تتناقض مع الاتفاقات وقرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي بشأن قضيتي فلسطين ولبنان، وهذا ما يقلقنا”.
وتطرق أيضاً إلى الملف السوري قائلا: “المرحلة التي بدأت مع تغيير الإدارة في سوريا لا ينبغي أن تخرج عن السيطرة وتؤدي إلى صراعات داخلية. هناك مثل هذا الخطر”.
وأشار إلى وجود اشتباكات بين مجموعات مختلفة في بعض أجزاء من سوريا، وأن بعض المناطق تسعى إلى الانفصال عن الحكومة المركزية.
وتابع: “لا ينطبق هذا على الأكراد الذين تبنوا الانفصالية في عهد الرئيس الأمريكي السابق جو بايدن فحسب، بل أيضاً على مجموعات عرقية ودينية أخرى. ويهدفون إلى استغلال الوضع الحالي لتحقيق الحكم الذاتي”.
وذكر لافروف أن إدارة دمشق نظمت مؤتمر الحوار الوطني السوري بهدف القضاء على مثل هذه المشاكل.
ولفت إلى أن الولايات المتحدة والدول الأوروبية فرضت عقوبات على سوريا، وأن موسكو تعارض هذه العقوبات أحادية الجانب وتواصل بذل الجهود لرفعها.

He added: “The Israeli army is taking additional steps not included in the agreements made with Hamas and Lebanon, and this creates realities that contradict the agreements and UN Security Council resolutions regarding the issues of Palestine and Lebanon, which is what concerns us.”
He also addressed the Syrian file, saying: “The phase that began with the change of administration in Syria should not spiral out of control and lead to internal conflicts. There is such a risk.”
He pointed to clashes between various groups in some parts of Syria and that some regions are seeking to secede from the central government.
He continued: “This does not only apply to the Kurds, who adopted separatism during the tenure of former U.S. President Joe Biden, but also to other ethnic and religious groups. They aim to exploit the current situation to achieve autonomy.”
Lavrov mentioned that the Damascus government organized the Syrian National Dialogue Conference to eliminate such problems.
He noted that the United States and European countries have imposed sanctions on Syria, and that Moscow opposes these unilateral sanctions and continues to make efforts to lift them.
