كشفت تقارير إعلامية هندية، عن نجاة أحد ركاب الطائرة التي تحطمت، الخميس، في ولاية غوجارات (غرب).
وقال مراسل الأناضول، إن وسائل الإعلام الهندية نشرت معلومات تفيد بنجاة المواطن راميش فيشواسكومار بوشارفادا، من الحادث.
وأشارت التقارير المنشورة إلى أن بوشارفادا، يبلغ من العمر 38 عاما، وكان يجلس في المقعد رقم “11A” في الطائرة.
وذكرت أن المقعد “11A” يقع خلف باب الخروج في حالات الطوارئ على متن الطائرة المنكوبة.
كما انتشرت على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مشاهد لبوشارفادا، وهو يصعد إلى سيارة الإسعاف، بحسب مراسل “الأناضول”المصدر”.
وفي وقت سابق الخميس، أعلنت وسائل إعلام هندية عن تحطم طائرة ركاب قرب مطار سردار فالابهبهاي باتل الدولي، بمدينة أحمد أباد، في ولاية غوجارات، أثناء توجهها إلى مطار غاتويك، بالعاصمة البريطانية لندن.
وفي البداية، قال مسؤولون في شرطة أحمد آباد، لوكالة أسوشييتد بريس، إن 242 شخصا كانوا على متن الطائرة المنكوبة، وأن الاعتقاد السائد هو عدم وجود ناجين من حادث تحطم الطائرة.
كما ذكر المسؤولون أن هناك ضحايا محتملين في المنطقة التي تحطمت فيها الطائرة.
وتباينت الأرقام التي ذكرتها وسائل الإعلام الهندية بشأن عدد الركاب الذين كانوا على متن الطائرة التابعة للخطوط الجوية الهندية من طراز “بوينغ 787-8 دريملاينر”.
شركة الطيران، أعلنت أن الطائرة كانت تقل 242 شخصا، بينهم 169 هنديا و53 بريطانيا، وكنديا واحدا، و7 برتغاليين.
فيما أعلنت هيئة الطيران المدني الهندية أن الطائرة كانت تقل 244 شخصا، بينهم 232 راكبا وطاقما مكونا من 12 فردا.
وأظهرت مقاطع مصورة انتشرت على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تصاعد دخان أسود كثيف، واحتراق المباني والمركبات في منطقة تحطم الطائرة المكتظة بالسكان.
ووفقا لصحيفة “إنديا توداي”، استنادا إلى مصادر لم تُسمّها، يُعتقد أن رئيس وزراء ولاية غوجارات السابق، فيجاي روباني، كان على متن الطائرة المنكوبة.
وبحسب صحيفة “هندوستان تايمز”، أعلن المدير العام لهيئة الطيران المدني فايز أحمد كيدواي، أن الطائرة، التي أقلعت الساعة 1.38 ليلا بالتوقيت المحلي، تحطمت بعد 5 دقائق من إقلاعها.
فيما أعلن موقع “فلايت رادار”، المختص بتتبع حركة الطيران المدني حول العالم، أن إشارة الطائرة انقطعت في غضون دقيقة واحدة من إقلاعها.
في السياق ذاته، وبحسب صحيفة “إنديا توداي”، أكد مفوض شرطة أحمد آباد، “جي. إس. مالك” أن 204 أشخاص لقوا حتفهم في الحادث، وأصيب 41 آخرون.
ولم يصدر أي بيان بشأن ما إذا كان القتلى والجرحى من الأشخاص الذين كانوا على متن الطائرة أم من السكان.
كما لم يصدر بعد أي بيان من السلطات الهندية حول أسباب تحطم الطائرة.

Indian media reports reveal that one passenger survived the plane crash in Gujarat (west) on Thursday.
An Anadolu Agency correspondent reported that Indian media published information stating that citizen Ramesh Vaishwaskumar Bhushanvada survived the accident.
The published reports indicated that Bhushanvada, aged 38, was sitting in seat “11A” on the aircraft. They noted that seat “11A” is located behind the emergency exit door on the ill-fated plane.
Footage of Bhushanvada being helped into an ambulance circulated on social media, according to the Anadolu correspondent.
Earlier on Thursday, Indian media announced that a passenger aircraft had crashed near Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, while en route to Gatwick Airport in London, UK.
Initially, officials from the Ahmedabad police told the Associated Press that 242 people were on board the ill-fated plane, and the prevailing belief was that there were no survivors. The officials also mentioned potential casualties in the area where the plane crashed.
The numbers reported by Indian media regarding the number of passengers on the Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft varied. The airline announced the plane was carrying 242 people, including 169 Indians, 53 Britons, one Canadian, and seven Portuguese. Meanwhile, the Indian Civil Aviation Authority stated the plane was carrying 244 people, including 232 passengers and a crew of 12.
Videos circulating on social media showed thick black smoke rising, with buildings and vehicles burning in the densely populated crash area.
According to India Today, citing unnamed sources, it is believed that the former Chief Minister of Gujarat, Vijay Rupani, was on board the ill-fated plane.
As reported by Hindustan Times, the Director General of Civil Aviation, Arun Kumar, announced that the plane, which took off at 1:38 AM local time, crashed five minutes after takeoff. Meanwhile, Flightradar24, the website specializing in tracking global civil aviation, stated the plane’s signal was lost within one minute of takeoff.
In the same context, according to India Today, Ahmedabad Police Commissioner G.S. Malik confirmed that 204 people were killed in the accident, and 41 others were injured. No statement has been issued regarding whether the dead and injured were people on board the plane or residents on the ground.
Additionally, no statement has yet been issued by Indian authorities regarding the cause of the plane crash.
