بحثت سلطنة عمان مع روسيا والصين ضرورة وقف الحرب بين إسرائيل وإيران، مع تأكيد على أن تل أبيب هي الطرف المعتدي، وفق وكالة الأنباء العمانية الخميس.
وذكرت الوكالة أن وزير الخارجية العماني بدر البوسعيدي أجرى اتصالين هاتفيين مع نظيريه الروسي سيرغي لافروف والصيني وانغ يي.
الوكالة أوضحت أن الاتصالين تناولا “ضرورة الوقف الفوري للحرب، مع تأكيد أن إسرائيل تعد الطرف المعتدي المخالف لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، والمتسبب في إجهاض جهود السلام، بما في ذلك المفاوضات الأمريكية-الإيرانية الرامية لمنع الانتشار النووي”.
وبدعم أمريكي بدأت إسرائيل فجر 13 يونيو/ حزيران هجوما واسعا على إيران بمقاتلات جوية، فقصفت مباني سكنية ومنشآت نووية وقواعد صواريخ واغتالت قادة عسكريين بارزين وعلماء نوويين.
ومساء اليوم نفسه، بدأت إيران الرد بسلسلة هجمات بصاروخية باليستية وطائرات مسيّرة، ما تسبب بقتلى وجرحى وأضرار مادية كبيرة، وفق مكتب الصحافة الحكومي الإسرائيلي.
وأجمع وزراء الخارجية العماني والروسي والصين على أن “الحل العسكري غير مجد، وأن تحقيق وقف إطلاق النار بصورة مبكرة يكفل العودة إلى طاولة المفاوضات، لمعالجة الملف النووي بما يضمن الاستقرار والسلام للجميع”.
واتفق البوسعيدي ولافروف على أن “هذا التصعيد غير المسبوق يُخالف ميثاق الأمم المتحدة”.
وجدد الوزيران “الدعوة للإيقاف الفوري لهذه الهجمات و(عدم) توسيع نطاقها، والامتناع عن استهداف المنشآت النووية ومنع مخاطر انتشار الإشعاع النووي”.
كما أكد وانغ يي أنه “لا يمكن حل الملف النووي خارج نطاق الجهود الدبلوماسية”.
وقبيل العدوان الإسرائيلي، عقدت إيران والولايات جولات عدة من مفاوضات غير مباشرة، بعضها في سلطنة عمان، بشأن البرنامج النووي الإيراني.
وتتهم إسرائيل وحليفتها الولايات المتحدة إيران بالسعي إلى إنتاج أسلحة نووية، بينما تقول طهران إن برنامجها مصمم للأغراض السلمية، بما في ذلك توليد الكهرباء.
وتعد إسرائيل الدولة الوحيدة في المنطقة التي تملك ترسانة نووية، وهي غير خاضعة لرقابة دولية، وتواصل منذ عقود احتلال أراض في فلسطين وسوريا ولبنان.

Oman, Russia, and China discussed the necessity of halting the war between Israel and Iran, affirming that Tel Aviv is the aggressor party, according to the Omani News Agency on Thursday.
The agency reported that Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi held two phone calls with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and Chinese counterpart Wang Yi.
The agency clarified that the calls addressed “the necessity of an immediate cessation of the war, while affirming that Israel is the aggressor party violating the Charter of the United Nations and responsible for aborting peace efforts, including U.S.-Iranian negotiations aimed at preventing nuclear proliferation.”
With U.S. support, Israel began a large-scale attack on Iran at dawn on June 13 using fighter jets, bombing residential buildings, nuclear facilities, missile bases, and assassinating prominent military leaders and nuclear scientists.
That same evening, Iran began responding with a series of ballistic missile and drone attacks, which caused fatalities, injuries, and significant material damage, according to the Israeli Government Press Office.
The Foreign Ministers of Oman, Russia, and China unanimously agreed that “the military solution is futile, and achieving an early ceasefire ensures a return to the negotiating table to address the nuclear file in a manner that guarantees stability and peace for all.”
Albusaidi and Lavrov agreed that “this unprecedented escalation violates the Charter of the United Nations.”
The two ministers reiterated “the call for the immediate cessation of these attacks and preventing their expansion in scope, refraining from targeting nuclear facilities, and preventing the risks of nuclear radiation leakage.”
Wang Yi also emphasized that “the nuclear file cannot be resolved outside the framework of diplomatic efforts.”
Shortly before the Israeli aggression, Iran and the United States held several rounds of indirect negotiations, some in the Sultanate of Oman, concerning the Iranian nuclear program.
Israel and its ally the United States accuse Iran of seeking to produce nuclear weapons, while Tehran states its program is designed for peaceful purposes, including electricity generation.
Israel remains the only country in the region possessing a nuclear arsenal. It is not subject to international oversight and has continued for decades to occupy lands in Palestine, Syria, and Lebanon.
