أمر الرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون بفتح تحقيق بعد حرائق كبيرة شهدتها البلاد في الأيام الأخيرة، اعتبرت غير اعتيادية في نوفمبر (تشرين الثاني) واستدعت إجلاء عشرات العائلات، وفق ما أفاد التلفزيون الرسمي.

ويرمي التحقيق خصوصاً إلى تحديد الأسباب التي أدت إلى “الحرائق التي عرفها عديد من ولايات الوطن في توقيت واحد”، وفق التلفزيون.

وكانت وسائل إعلام محلية استغربت اندلاع حرائق في نوفمبر الجاري وأفادت بتوقيف أربعة مشتبه فيهم. ووفق جهاز الحماية المدنية، تم إخماد الغالبية العظمى من الحرائق التي اندلعت في الأيام الأخيرة وعددها 55 حريقاً. وتمت تعبئة نحو 300 من رجال الإطفاء إضافة إلى عدد كبير من المعدات، بينها طائرتان لإطفاء الحرائق بسعة 12 ألف ليتر لكل منهما، وفق الجهاز.

واقتربت الحرائق من قرى عدة في منطقة تيبازة الواقعة على بعد 70 كيلومتراً غرب العاصمة، مما استدعى إيواء عديد من السكان في مدارس ومراكز شبابية، وفقاً لوسائل إعلام محلية.

وشهد شمال الجزائر في الأيام الأخيرة درجات حرارة أعلى من المعدلات الموسمية، تكاد تكون بمستوى تلك التي تسجل خلال الصيف.

واتسعت رقعة الحرائق بفعل الرياح العاتية التي تجاوزت سرعتها 60 كيلومتراً في الساعة.

ووفق الحماية المدنية تم إخماد 50 من الحرائق بالكامل، كما تمت السيطرة على 5 بؤر لا تزال تحت المراقبة. وأتت الحرائق على مساحات كبيرة من الغابات والأراضي المشجرة في نحو 10 ولايات في شمال البلاد.

وتكثر في فصل الصيف الحرائق في شمال الجزائر حيث تتركز الغابات الكبرى، لكن اندلاعها في فصل الخريف ليس اعتيادياً.
