أعلنت منظمة الهجرة الدولية عن نزوح قرابة 450 شخصا الجمعة الماضية فقط، من مدينة كادوقلي عاصمة ولاية جنوب كردفان جنوبي البلاد، بسبب تفاقم انعدام الأمن مع تصاعد انتهاكات “قوات الدعم السريع”.
وقالت المنظمة الدولية، الأحد في بيان، إن “الفرق الميدانية لمصفوفة تتبع النزوح قدّرت في 5 ديسمبر/ كانون الأول الجاري، أن ما بين 350 و450 شخصا نزحوا من مدينة كادوقلي بجنوب كردفان، بسبب تفاقم انعدام الأمن”.
وأضاف البيان أن “الأشخاص نزحوا إلى مواقع متفرقة في محافظتي أبو زبد بغرب كردفان، وشيكان بشمال كردفان”.
وفي معرض وصفها للوضع الراهن، قالت المنظمة إنه “متوتر ومتقلب للغاية”.
وأشار البيان إلى أن “مصفوفة تتبع النزوح ستواصل مراقبة التطورات عن كثب”.
وتعاني كادوقلي من حصار تفرضه “الدعم السريع” و “الحركة الشعبية لتحرير السودان- شمال” بقيادة عبد العزيز الحلو منذ الشهور الأولى للحرب، وهجمات متكررة بالمدفعية والطائرات المسيرة.
ولا توجد إحصائيات عن عدد الأهالي في كادوقلي، لكنها شهدت موجات نزوح كبيرة على فترات إلى الأطراف والمناطق المحيطة.
ووفق تقديرات أممية، فرّ أكثر من 41 ألف شخص من العنف المتصاعد في ولايتي شمال كردوفان وجنوب كردفان خلال الشهر الماضي.
والجمعة، بيّن ممثل منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة بالسودان (يونسيف) شيلدون ييت، في بيان، أنه “في جنوب كردفان، تأكد حدوث مجاعة في كادوقلي (عاصمة الولاية)”.
وتشهد ولايات إقليم كردفان الثلاث (شمال وغرب وجنوب)، منذ أسابيع، اشتباكات ضارية بين الجيش السوداني و”الدعم السريع” أدت إلى نزوح عشرات الآلاف في الآونة الأخيرة.
ومن أصل 18 ولاية بعموم البلاد، تسيطر “الدعم السريع” على جميع ولايات إقليم دارفور الخمس غربا، عدا بعض الأجزاء الشمالية من ولاية شمال دارفور في قبضة الجيش، الذي يسيطر على معظم مناطق الولايات الـ 13 المتبقية، بما فيها العاصمة الخرطوم.
وتتفاقم المعاناة الإنسانية جراء حرب بين الجيش السوداني وقوات الدعم السريع، اندلعت منذ أبريل/ نيسان 2023 بسبب خلاف بشأن توحيد المؤسسة العسكرية، ما تسبب بمقتل عشرات الآلاف ونزوح نحو 13 مليون شخص.

The International Organization for Migration announced the displacement of nearly 450 people just last Friday from the city of Kadugli, the capital of South Kordofan state in the south of the country, due to the worsening insecurity with the escalation of violations by the Rapid Support Forces.
In a statement on Sunday, the international organization said, “Field teams of the Displacement Tracking Matrix estimated on December 5 of this month that between 350 and 450 people were displaced from the city of Kadugli in South Kordofan due to the worsening insecurity.”
The statement added, “The people were displaced to scattered locations in the provinces of Abu Zabad in West Kordofan and Sheikan in North Kordofan.”
In describing the current situation, the organization stated that it is “very tense and volatile.”
The statement indicated that “the Displacement Tracking Matrix will continue to closely monitor developments.”
Kadugli has been suffering from a siege imposed by the Rapid Support Forces and the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North, led by Abdelaziz al-Hilu, since the first months of the war, along with repeated artillery and drone attacks.
There are no statistics on the number of residents in Kadugli, but it has witnessed large waves of displacement at intervals to the outskirts and surrounding areas.
According to UN estimates, more than 41,000 people fled the escalating violence in the states of North Kordofan and South Kordofan last month.
On Friday, the representative of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Sudan, Sheldon Yett, stated in a statement that “in South Kordofan, famine has been confirmed in Kadugli (the state capital).”
For weeks, the three states of the Kordofan region (North, West, and South) have been witnessing fierce clashes between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces, leading to the displacement of tens of thousands recently.
Out of 18 states across the country, the Rapid Support Forces control all five states of the Darfur region in the west, except for some northern parts of North Darfur state under army control. The army controls most areas of the remaining 13 states, including the capital, Khartoum.
Human suffering is worsening due to a war between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces, which erupted in April 2023 over a dispute regarding the unification of the military institution. This has resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands and the displacement of approximately 13 million people.
