أعلن حاكم ولاية فلوريدا رون ديسانتيس، إدراج جماعة “الإخوان المسلمين” ومجلس العلاقات الأمريكية الإسلامية “كير” (CAIR)، في قائمة “التنظيمات الإرهابية”.
وقال ديسانتيس في تدوينة على منصة شركة “إكس” الأمريكية، أمس الاثنين، إن كلا التنظيمين صنفته ولاية فلوريدا “تنظيما إرهابيا أجنبيا”.
وأضاف أنه أصدر تعليمات للمؤسسات في ولاية فلوريدا لاتخاذ كل الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لمنع تقديم أي امتيازات أو موارد للأشخاص الذين يدعمون هذين التنظيمين في “أنشطتهما غير القانونية”.
من جهتها، اعتبرت “كير” في بيان، أن قرار حاكم فلوريدا “مخالف للدستور” و”افتراء”، معلنة أنها تخطط لمقاضاة ديسانتيس ردا على هذه الخطوة.
يُذكر أن الحكومة الأمريكية لم تصنّف بعد جماعة “الإخوان المسلمين” ولا “كير” على أنهما “تنظيم إرهابي أجنبي”.
وفي وقت سابق، أعلن حاكم ولاية تكساس غريغ أبوت، تصنيف “الإخوان المسلمين” و”كير” ضمن “الجماعات الإرهابية الأجنبية” و”التنظيمات الإجرامية الدولية”.
تأتي هذه التطورات إثر توقيع الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب، أواخر نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني الفائت، مرسوما تنفيذيا يوجه إدارته لبدء إجراءات تصنيف فروع جماعة “الإخوان المسلمين” في بعض الدول ضمن “قوائم الإرهاب”.
و”الإخوان المسلمون” جماعة تأسست يوم 22 مارس/ آذار 1928، في مصر على يد حسن البنا وآخرين، وتنتشر في نحو 90 دولة، وفق بيانات سابقة للجماعة.
وتُعرف “كير” بأنها إحدى أكبر منظمات الدفاع عن حقوق المدنيين المسلمين في الولايات المتحدة.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced the inclusion of the “Muslim Brotherhood” and the Council on American–Islamic Relations (CAIR) in the state’s list of “terrorist organizations.”
In a post on the American platform “X” yesterday, Monday, DeSantis stated that both organizations have been designated by the state of Florida as “foreign terrorist organizations.”
He added that he has instructed institutions in Florida to take all necessary legal measures to prevent granting any privileges or resources to individuals supporting these two organizations in their “illegal activities.”
For its part, CAIR stated in a statement that the Florida governor’s decision is “unconstitutional” and “defamatory,” announcing its plan to sue DeSantis in response to this move.
It is worth noting that the U.S. government has not yet designated either the “Muslim Brotherhood” or “CAIR” as “foreign terrorist organizations.”
Earlier, Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced the classification of the “Muslim Brotherhood” and “CAIR” as “foreign terrorist organizations” and “international criminal organizations.”
These developments come after U.S. President Donald Trump, in late November, signed an executive order directing his administration to begin procedures to designate branches of the “Muslim Brotherhood” in certain countries on “terror lists.”
The “Muslim Brotherhood” is a group founded on March 22, 1928, in Egypt by Hassan al-Banna and others, and it operates in approximately 90 countries, according to previous data from the group.
“CAIR” is known as one of the largest organizations defending the civil rights of Muslims in the United States.
