ترمب لن يحذو حذو نتنياهو في الاعتراف بـأرض الصومال

وأجاب ترمب “لا” عندما سئل في مقابلة مع صحيفة “نيويورك بوست” نشرت، أمس الجمعة، إن كان سيحذو حذو رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو ويعترف بها، متسائلاً “هل يعرف أحد ما هي أرض الصومال، حقاً؟”.
ودانت وزارة الخارجية الصومالية ما سمته “الهجوم المتعمد” من جانب إسرائيل على سيادتها إثر اعتراف تل أبيب بأرض الصومال كدولة مستقلة، محذرة من أن ذلك “سيقوض السلام الإقليمي”.
وقالت الوزارة في بيان، إن “الأعمال غير المشروعة من هذا القبيل تقوض بشكل خطر السلام والاستقرار الإقليميين، وتفاقم التوترات السياسية والأمنية”.
وأعلن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، أمس الجمعة، الاعتراف بأرض الصومال “دولة مستقلة ذات سيادة”، في اعتراف رسمي هو الأول بالجمهورية المعلنة من جانب واحد، التي انفصلت عن الصومال، وصفه رئيسها عبد الرحمن محمد عبدالله عرو بـ”لحظة تاريخية”.
وجاء في بيان صادر عن مكتب نتنياهو “وقع رئيس الوزراء نتنياهو ووزير خارجيته (جدعون) ساعر ورئيس جمهورية أرض الصومال إعلاناً مشتركاً ومتبادلاً”. وأضاف “أعلن رئيس الوزراء الاعتراف الرسمي بجمهورية أرض الصومال دولة مستقلة وذات سيادة”.
وأشار مكتب نتنياهو إلى أن “هذا الإعلان يأتي بروح اتفاقات أبراهام” التي أبرمت بين إسرائيل ودول عربية بوساطة الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترمب خلال ولايته الأولى.
ورأى رئيس أرض الصومال في تعليق عبر منصة “إكس” أن “هذه الخطوة تمثل بداية شراكة استراتيجية تعزز المصالح المتبادلة، وتقوي السلام والأمن الإقليميين، وتحقق مكاسب مشتركة لجميع الجهات المعنية، من دون إلحاق ضرر بأي منها”.
وفي بيان منفصل، أعلن وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي جدعون ساعر أن البلدين اتفقا على إقامة “علاقات دبلوماسية كاملة، تشمل تعيين سفراء وافتتاح سفارات”.

And Trump answered “no” when asked in an interview with the “New York Post” published yesterday, Friday, whether he would follow the lead of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and recognize it, questioning, “Does anyone even know what Somaliland is, really?”
The Somali Foreign Ministry condemned what it called the “deliberate attack” by Israel on its sovereignty following Tel Aviv’s recognition of Somaliland as an independent state, warning that it “would undermine regional peace.”
In a statement, the Ministry said, “Such unlawful acts dangerously undermine regional peace and stability, and exacerbate political and security tensions.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced yesterday, Friday, the recognition of Somaliland as “an independent and sovereign state,” in an official recognition—the first of the unilaterally declared republic that separated from Somalia—which its President, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi ‘Aro, described as a “historic moment.”
A statement from Netanyahu’s office said, “Prime Minister Netanyahu, his Foreign Minister [Gideon] Sa’ar, and the President of the Republic of Somaliland signed a joint and reciprocal declaration.” It added, “The Prime Minister announced the official recognition of the Republic of Somaliland as an independent and sovereign state.”
Netanyahu’s office pointed out that “this declaration comes in the spirit of the Abraham Accords,” which were signed between Israel and Arab countries through the mediation of U.S. President Donald Trump during his first term.
In a comment via the “X” platform, the President of Somaliland viewed that “this step represents the beginning of a strategic partnership that enhances mutual interests, strengthens regional peace and security, and achieves shared gains for all parties concerned, without causing harm to any of them.”
In a separate statement, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar announced that the two countries agreed to establish “full diplomatic relations, including the appointment of ambassadors and the opening of embassies.”
