الرئيس الكولومبي يعلن أن واشنطن استهدفت مصنع كوكايين في فنزويلا

أكد الرئيس الكولومبي غوستافو بيترو أن الولايات المتحدة قصفت مصنعاً للكوكايين في ميناء ماراكايبو، في غرب فنزويلا.
وكتب بيترو على منصة “إكس” بعدما أعلن الرئيس دونالد ترمب تنفيذ أول ضربة برية أميركية على الساحل الفنزويلي من دون تحديد موقعها “نعلم أن ترمب قصف مصنعاً في ماراكايبو، ونحن نخشى أنهم يخلطون معجون الكوكا هناك لصنع الكوكايين”.
وفي منشوره الطويل على “إكس”، أوضح بيترو أن الموقع الذي استهدف كان منشأة تابعة لجيش التحرير الوطني (ELN)، وهي جماعة كولومبية متمردة تسيطر جزئياً على منطقة كاتاتومبو المنتجة للكوكايين والواقعة على الحدود مع فنزويلا قرب ماراكايبو.
وقال بيترو “إنه ببساطة جيش التحرير الوطني، من خلال تحريضه وتشدده، فهو يمكن من غزو فنزويلا”.
وقال ترمب أول أمس الإثنين معلناً الضربة الأميركية “كان هناك انفجار كبير في منطقة المرسى حيث يحملون القوارب بالمخدرات، لقد استهدفنا كل القوارب، ثم استهدفنا الموقع نفسه ولم يعد موجوداً”.
ولم تصدر الحكومة الفنزويلية أي تعليق رسمي حتى الآن.
وتمارس الولايات المتحدة ضغوطاً شديدة على كراكاس منذ أشهر، متهمة الرئيس نيكولاس مادورو بقيادة شبكة واسعة لتهريب المخدرات.
ونفذت القوات الأميركية منذ سبتمبر (أيلول) نحو ثلاثين ضربة في البحر الكاريبي وشرق المحيط الهادئ ضد زوارق تشتبه واشنطن بضلوعها في تهريب المخدرات، ما أسفر عن مقتل نحو 107 أشخاص.
ولم تقدم الولايات المتحدة حتى الساعة أي دليل يثبت أن الزوارق المستهدفة كانت تنقل مخدرات.
ونشرت واشنطن تعزيزات عسكرية كبيرة في الكاريبي.
وترى كراكاس أن إدارة ترمب تلجأ إلى اتهامات كاذبة بتهريب المخدرات سعياً إلى إسقاط مادورو والسيطرة على الموارد النفطية الكبيرة للبلاد.

Colombian President Gustavo Petro confirmed that the United States bombed a cocaine processing facility in the port of Maracaibo, western Venezuela.
Petro wrote on the “X” platform after President Donald Trump announced the first U.S. airstrike on the Venezuelan coast without specifying its location: “We know Trump bombed a facility in Maracaibo, and we fear they are mixing coca paste there to produce cocaine.”
In his lengthy post on “X,” Petro clarified that the targeted site was a facility belonging to the National Liberation Army (ELN), a Colombian rebel group that partially controls the cocaine-producing Catatumbo region bordering Venezuela near Maracaibo.
Petro stated: “It is simply the ELN, through its incitement and extremism, that enables the invasion of Venezuela.”
Announcing the U.S. strike on Monday, Trump said: “There was a huge explosion in the dock area where they load boats with drugs. We targeted all the boats, then we targeted the site itself, and it no longer exists.”
The Venezuelan government has not issued any official comment so far.
The United States has been exerting intense pressure on Caracas for months, accusing President Nicolás Maduro of leading a vast drug trafficking network.
Since September, U.S. forces have carried out approximately thirty strikes in the Caribbean and eastern Pacific against vessels suspected by Washington of involvement in drug trafficking, resulting in the deaths of about 107 people.
The United States has not yet provided any evidence proving that the targeted vessels were transporting drugs.
Washington has deployed significant military reinforcements to the Caribbean.
Caracas views the Trump administration as resorting to false accusations of drug trafficking in an attempt to oust Maduro and gain control of the country’s substantial oil resources.
