قالت هيئة البث العبرية الرسمية، إن جميع القرارات العسكرية الإسرائيلية باتت مرهونة بـ”ضوء أخضر” من الإدارة الأمريكية برئاسة دونالد ترامب، ما حوّل إسرائيل إلى “دولة تحت الوصاية”.
وأضافت الهيئة في تحليل مساء الثلاثاء لمراسلها العسكري إيتاي بلومنتال إن “إسرائيل تنتظر قرارات الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب وتوقف الخطط العملياتية حتى يصدر الضوء الأخضر من إدارته”.
وأشارت إلى أن الجيش الإسرائيلي والمؤسسة الأمنية يقرون “بأنه كان هناك ترقب حذر قبل اجتماع رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو بالرئيس ترامب في منتجع مارالاغو بفلوريدا (الاثنين)، وهو تدخل أمريكي سيرافقنا في السنوات القادمة بشكل دائم”.
ولفتت إلى أن “الجيش الإسرائيلي استغل خلال الشهر الأخير الوقت بعد الإفراج عن المختطفين (الأسرى) من غزة، باستثناء الرقيب ران غوئيلي، للتعلّم والتنشيط والموازنات واستخلاص الدروس”.
وترهن إسرائيل بدء التفاوض لتدشين المرحلة الثانية من اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار بتسلمها جثة الأسير الأخير بغزة غوئيلي، بينما تؤكد حركة “حماس” أن الأمر قد يستغرق وقتا لاستخراجها نظرا للدمار الهائل بغزة.
وأضافت هيئة البث: “كل ذلك ليس مجرد حاجة تنظيمية، بل يعكس وضعًا استراتيجيًا واضحًا: الجيش ينتظر قرارات سياسية ستصدر أساسًا من وراء البحار”.
وتابعت: “عملياً، فرضت الولايات المتحدة وصاية واسعة النطاق في جميع المجالات التي تنشط فيها إسرائيل تقريباً”.
ومضت الهيئة: “في غزة، هناك وقف لإطلاق النار برعاية أمريكية، يتضمن في مرحلته الثانية نزع سلاح حماس وتشكيل حكومة تكنوقراط برئاسة مجلس السلام الذي يرأسه ترامب”.
وفي 29 سبتمبر/ أيلول الماضي أعلن ترامب خطة للسلام ووقف الحرب بغزة تتألف من 20 بندا، بينها: الإفراج عن الأسرى الإسرائيليين، ووقف إطلاق النار، ونزع سلاح “حماس” وانسحاب إسرائيل من القطاع وتشكيل حكومة تكنوقراط ونشر قوة استقرار دولية.
وفي 10 أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول المنصرم، دخلت المرحلة الأولى من اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار حيز التنفيذ، فيما تخرق إسرائيل بعض وتماطل في الانتقال إلى المرحلة الثانية.
وكان المفترض أن يُنهي الاتفاق إبادة جماعية ارتكبتها تل أبيب على مدى عامين بدءا من 8 أكتوبر 2023، تجاوزت حصيلة ضحاياها 71 ألف قتيل و171 ألف جريح فلسطينيين، معظمهم أطفال ونساء، لكن إسرائيل تواصل حتى اليوم خروقاتها وحصارها الخانق على القطاع.
وأشارت هيئة البث إلى أن واشنطن تسعى جاهدة فيما يتعلق بسوريا للدفع نحو اتفاق أمني بين تل أبيب ودمشق.
ومنذ 1967 تحتل إسرائيل معظم مساحة هضبة الجولان السورية، واستغلت أحداث الإطاحة بنظام بشار الأسد أواخر العام الماضي وأعلنت انهيار اتفاقية فصل القوات المبرمة عام 1974، واحتلت المنطقة السورية العازلة.
وقالت الهيئة في تحليلها: “أما في إيران، وهي القضية الأخطر على الإطلاق، فقد أشارت التقديرات إلى أن إسرائيل ستُفصح عن معلوماتها الاستخباراتية وتطلب الضوء الأخضر للتدخل عند الضرورة”.
وخلال الأسابيع الأخيرة، تصاعد الحديث في الإعلام العبري حول استعدادات إسرائيلية لمهاجمة إيران مجددا بدعوى تطوير طهران برنامجها للصواريخ الباليستية.
وفي يونيو/ حزيران الماضي، شنت إسرائيل بدعم أمريكي حربا على إيران استمر 12 يوما، وردت عليها طهران، قبل أن تعلن الولايات المتحدة وقفا لإطلاق النار.
وأضافت هيئة البث: “الواقع أن إسرائيل تنتظر الموافقة الأمريكية لتأكيد خطط بداية السنة القادمة – هذا هو الموضوع المهم. القادة الإسرائيليون لا يحبون استخدام مصطلح دولة تحت الوصاية”.
ورأت أن “دولة تحت الوصاية هو مصطلح مزعج ويتناقض مع الأيديولوجية الإسرائيلية في الاستقلال الأمني الكامل”.
وتابعت: “لكن على أرض الواقع، الأمريكيون هم من يحددون النبرة في كل ساحة قتال رئيسية تعمل فيها إسرائيل تقريبا”.
وقالت الهيئة: “كان عام 2025 مليئًا بالحروب واليأس والأمل، ونهايته تُشير إلى أمرٍ آخر: القرارات المصيرية لا تُتخذ في إسرائيل، بل في الخارج”.
وختمت بالقول: “السؤال الذي سيبدأ معه عام 2026 ليس مدى قوة الجيش الإسرائيلي وما تعلمه من أكبر إخفاق شهدته الدولة (في إشارة لهجوم 7 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2023)، بل إلى أي مدى الحرية العملياتية لإسرائيل مستقلة حقًا”.

The official Israeli Broadcasting Corporation said that all Israeli military decisions have become contingent upon a “green light” from the American administration under Donald Trump, turning Israel into “a state under trusteeship.”
In an analysis on Tuesday evening, its military correspondent Itai Blumenthal added, “Israel is waiting for decisions from U.S. President Donald Trump and is halting operational plans until the green light is issued by his administration.”
It pointed out that the Israeli military and security establishment acknowledge “that there was cautious anticipation before Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s meeting with President Trump at the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida (Monday), and that this American intervention will accompany us permanently in the coming years.”
It noted that “the Israeli military utilized the past month, following the release of the abductees (prisoners) from Gaza, except for Staff Sergeant Ran Goeli, for learning, activation, budgeting, and drawing lessons.”
Israel conditions the start of negotiations to launch the second phase of the ceasefire agreement on receiving the body of the last prisoner in Gaza, Goeli, while Hamas confirms that it may take time to retrieve it due to the immense destruction in Gaza.
The Broadcasting Corporation added, “All of this is not merely an organizational need, but reflects a clear strategic situation: the military is waiting for political decisions that will essentially be made from overseas.”
It continued, “Practically, the United States has imposed extensive trusteeship in almost all areas where Israel is active.”
The corporation went on, “In Gaza, there is a U.S.-brokered ceasefire, which includes in its second phase disarming Hamas and forming a technocratic government under the chairmanship of the Peace Council headed by Trump.”
On September 29 of last year, Trump announced a 20-point plan for peace and ending the war in Gaza, including: the release of Israeli prisoners, a ceasefire, disarming Hamas, Israel’s withdrawal from the Strip, the formation of a technocratic government, and the deployment of an international stabilization force.
On October 10 of last month, the first phase of the ceasefire agreement came into effect, while Israel violates some terms and delays the transition to the second phase.
The agreement was supposed to end a genocide committed by Tel Aviv over two years, starting October 8, 2023, with a toll exceeding 71,000 killed and 171,000 wounded Palestinians, most of them children and women. However, Israel continues its violations and suffocating siege on the Strip to this day.
The Broadcasting Corporation indicated that Washington is working hard regarding Syria to push for a security agreement between Tel Aviv and Damascus.
Since 1967, Israel has occupied most of the Syrian Golan Heights. It exploited the events of the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad’s regime late last year, declared the collapse of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement, and occupied the Syrian buffer zone.
In its analysis, the corporation said, “As for Iran, which is the most critical issue of all, estimates indicated that Israel will disclose its intelligence information and request a green light for intervention when necessary.”
In recent weeks, Hebrew media has increasingly discussed Israeli preparations to attack Iran again, under the pretext of Tehran developing its ballistic missile program.
In June of last year, Israel launched a U.S.-backed war on Iran that lasted 12 days, to which Tehran responded, before the United States announced a ceasefire.
The Broadcasting Corporation added, “The reality is that Israel is waiting for American approval to confirm plans for the beginning of next year – this is the important issue. Israeli leaders do not like using the term ‘state under trusteeship’.”
It viewed that “‘a state under trusteeship’ is a troubling term that contradicts the Israeli ideology of complete security independence.”
It continued, “But in reality, the Americans set the tone in almost every major combat zone where Israel operates.”
The corporation said, “The year 2025 was full of wars, despair, and hope, and its end indicates something else: fateful decisions are not made in Israel, but abroad.”
It concluded by saying, “The question that will begin 2026 is not how strong the Israeli military is and what it has learned from the greatest failure the state has witnessed (referring to the October 7, 2023 attack), but to what extent Israel’s operational freedom is truly independent.”
