قال مسؤول عسكري روسي، إن “الهجوم الذي نفذته أوكرانيا” بواسطة طائرات مسيّرة على المقر الرسمي للرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين في نوفغورود كان “مستهدفا ومخططا له بدقة ومتعدد المراحل”.
جاء ذلك خلال إحاطة عقدها قائد وحدات الصواريخ المضادة للطائرات في القوات الجوية والفضائية الروسية، العميد ألكسندر رومانينكوف في وزارة الدفاع الروسية، تناول فيها الهجوم الذي استهدف المقر الرسمي لبوتين.
وشملت الإحاطة عرض خريطة تُظهر مسارات تحرك الطائرات المسيّرة، إضافة إلى مقاطع فيديو من نظام التحكم في الدفاعات الجوية تُبيّن لحظات إسقاط المسيرات.
وأوضح رومانينكوف أن أوكرانيا “حاولت في ليلة 28–29 ديسمبر تنفيذ هجوم إرهابي على المقر الرسمي لرئاسة الدولة الروسية في منطقة نوفغورود باستخدام طائرات مسيّرة بعيدة المدى”.
وذكر أن الرادارات رصدت في 28 ديسمبر قرابة الساعة 19:20 بالتوقيت المحلي هجوما جويا نُفذ بطائرات مسيرة كانت تحلق على ارتفاعات منخفضة للغاية، وانطلقت من منطقتي سومي وتشرنيغيف الأوكرانيتين.
والثلاثاء، نفى الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي أن تكون بلاده حاولت استهداف المقر الرسمي للرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين باستخدام طائرات مسيرة.
وأضاف المسؤول الروسي أن الهجوم نُفذ باستخدام 91 طائرة مسيرة، واتخذ مسارات متعددة عبر مناطق بريانسك، وسمولينسك، وتفير ونوفغورود باتجاه مقر رئاسة الدولة الروسية، مؤكدًا أنه ” تم تدمير جميع الطائرات المسيرة الأوكرانية على يد القوات الروسية وأنظمة الدفاع الجوي”.
وأشار إلى إسقاط 49 طائرة مسيرة في منطقة بريانسك، وطائرة واحدة في سمولينسك، و41 طائرة في نوفغورود، وذلك على امتداد مسار الهجوم خلال ليلتي 28 و29 ديسمبر حتى ساعات الصباح.
وأردف: “إن نمط الهجوم، وعدد وسائل الهجوم الجوي المتحركة، والتحركات المباشرة من الجنوب والجنوب الغربي والغرب باتجاه مقر رئاسة الدولة الروسية في منطقة نوفغورود، تؤكد بوضوح أن الهجوم الإرهابي لنظام كييف كان موجها ومخططا بدقة ومتعدد المراحل”.
ولفت إلى أن صد الهجوم لم يسفر عن أي خسائر بشرية أو أضرار داخل الأراضي الروسية، كما لم يتعرض مقر إقامة بوتين لأي أضرار.
ومنذ 24 فبراير/ شباط 2022 تشن روسيا هجوما عسكريا على جارتها أوكرانيا وتشترط لإنهائه تخلي كييف عن الانضمام إلى كيانات عسكرية غربية، وهو ما تعتبره كييف “تدخلا” في شؤونها.

A Russian military official stated that “the attack carried out by Ukraine” using drones on the official residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in Novgorod was “targeted, precisely planned, and multi-stage.”
This came during a briefing held by the commander of anti-aircraft missile units in the Russian Aerospace Forces, Major General Alexander Romanenko, at the Russian Ministry of Defense, in which he addressed the attack that targeted Putin’s official residence.
The briefing included a map showing the flight paths of the drones, in addition to videos from the air defense control system showing moments of the drones being shot down.
Romanenko explained that Ukraine “attempted on the night of December 28-29 to carry out a terrorist attack on the official residence of the Russian head of state in the Novgorod region using long-range drones.”
He mentioned that radars detected an aerial attack on December 28 around 19:20 local time, carried out by drones flying at very low altitudes, launched from the Ukrainian regions of Sumy and Chernihiv.
On Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denied that his country had attempted to target the official residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin using drones.
The Russian official added that the attack was carried out using 91 drones and followed multiple routes through the Bryansk, Smolensk, Tver, and Novgorod regions towards the residence of the Russian head of state, confirming that “all Ukrainian drones were destroyed by Russian forces and air defense systems.”
He pointed out that 49 drones were shot down in the Bryansk region, one in Smolensk, and 41 in Novgorod, along the attack’s route during the night of December 28-29 and into the morning hours.
He continued: “The pattern of the attack, the number of moving aerial attack assets, and the direct movements from the south, southwest, and west towards the residence of the Russian head of state in the Novgorod region, clearly confirm that the terrorist attack by the Kyiv regime was targeted, precisely planned, and multi-stage.”
He noted that repelling the attack did not result in any human casualties or damage within Russian territory, and Putin’s residence did not sustain any damage.
Since February 24, 2022, Russia has been waging a military offensive against its neighbor Ukraine, stipulating that for it to end, Kyiv must abandon joining Western military entities, which Kyiv considers “interference” in its affairs.
