أكد قادة دول “تحالف الراغبين” دعمهم لسيادة أوكرانيا ونضالها للحفاظ على وحدة أراضيها، مشددين على أنه لا ينبغي تغيير الحدود الدولية بالقوة.
جاء ذلك في بيان مشترك صادر عن قصر الإليزيه ومكتب رئاسة الوزراء البريطانية، بشأن الاجتماع الافتراضي لتحالف الراغبين الذي عُقد برئاسة مشتركة للرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون ورئيس الوزراء البريطاني كير ستارمر.
وبحسب البيان، اجتمع قادة الدول الأعضاء في التحالف بعد مرور أربعة أعوام على اندلاع الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية، للتعبير عن دعمهم لرئيس أوكرانيا فولوديمير زيلينسكي وللشعب الأوكراني.
وشارك في الاجتماع أكثر من 30 قائدًا بدعوة من ماكرون وستارمر والمستشار الألماني فريدريش ميرتس، حيث أكد قادة التحالف دعمهم الكامل والثابت لنضال أوكرانيا من أجل سيادتها ووحدة أراضيها، وكذلك دفاعها عن حرية أوروبا.
وشدد القادة على أنهم سيعملون من أجل التوصل إلى سلام عادل ودائم في أوكرانيا بما يتوافق مع مبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.
ورحب القادة بالجهود المستمرة التي تبذلها الولايات المتحدة بشأن مفاوضات السلام، مؤكدين أن هذه المفاوضات يجب أن تشمل جميع الأطراف المعنية ذات الصلة، معربين عن توقعهم بأن تشارك روسيا في المفاوضات بشكل بنّاء وأن تقبل وقفًا غير مشروط لإطلاق النار.
كما بحث القادة، الدور الذي سيتولاه تحالف الراغبين، بدعم من الولايات المتحدة، لتوفير ضمانات أمنية من عدة جوانب لأوكرانيا، لا سيما عبر قوة متعددة الجنسيات، وذلك وفق ما تم الاتفاق عليه في اجتماع يناير/كانون الثاني الماضي في باريس.
وأكد القادة عزمهم على زيادة الضغط الاقتصادي على روسيا، من خلال استهداف “أسطول الظل” الروسي وتجارة النفط والصناعات العسكرية الروسية، كما أدانوا هجمات روسيا على المدن والبنية التحتية المدنية في أوكرانيا.
وتعهد القادة بتقديم دعم إضافي للبنية التحتية للطاقة في أوكرانيا، والاستمرار في توفير الإمكانات اللازمة لتعزيز قدراتها في مجال الدفاع الجوي.
ومنذ 24 فبراير/ شباط 2022 تشن روسيا هجوما عسكريا على جارتها أوكرانيا تشترط لإنهائه تخلي كييف عن الانضمام لكيانات عسكرية غربية، وهو ما تعتبره كييف “تدخلا” في شؤونها.

The leaders of the “Coalition of the Willing” countries affirmed their support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and its struggle to preserve its territorial integrity, stressing that international borders should not be changed by force.
This came in a joint statement issued by the Elysee Palace and the British Prime Minister’s Office, regarding the virtual meeting of the Coalition of the Willing, which was held under the joint chairmanship of French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
According to the statement, the leaders of the coalition member states met four years after the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war, to express their support for the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and the Ukrainian people.
More than 30 leaders participated in the meeting at the invitation of Macron, Starmer, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, where the coalition leaders affirmed their full and unwavering support for Ukraine’s struggle for its sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as its defense of Europe’s freedom.
The leaders stressed that they will work to achieve a just and lasting peace in Ukraine in accordance with the principles of the United Nations Charter.
The leaders welcomed the continued efforts made by the United States regarding peace negotiations, stressing that these negotiations must include all relevant parties concerned, including:They expressed their expectation that Russia would participate in the negotiations constructively and accept an unconditional ceasefire.
The leaders also discussed the role that the coalition of the willing will play, with the support of the United States, to provide security guarantees from several aspects to Ukraine, especially through a multinational force, according to what was agreed upon at the meeting last January in Paris.
The leaders affirmed their intention to increase economic pressure on Russia, by targeting the Russian “shadow fleet,” oil trade, and Russian military industries. They also condemned Russia’s attacks on cities and civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
The leaders pledged to provide additional support to Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, and to continue providing the necessary capabilities to enhance its air defense capabilities.
Since February 24, 2022, Russia has launched a military attack on its neighbor Ukraine, conditioning its end on Kiev’s abandonment of joining Western military entities, which Kiev considers “interference” in its affairs.
