تواصل السلطات الإسرائيلية، للجمعة الرابعة والأخيرة من شهر رمضان، إغلاق المسجد الأقصى في مدينة القدس المحتلة منذ 28 فبراير/ شباط، بذريعة حالة الطوارئ المتعلقة بالعدوان الأمريكي الإسرائيلي على إيران.
وأفاد مراسل الأناضول بأن السلطات الإسرائيلية لم تسمح بإعادة فتح أبواب المسجد أمام المصلين في الجمعة الرابعة والأخيرة من رمضان.
وفي هذا الوقت من كل عام الموافق الليالي العشر الأواخر من شهر الصوم، يتوافد على المسجد مئات آلاف المصلين في كافة الصلوات.
وتبرر السلطات الإسرائيلية قرار إغلاق المسجد بـ”تعليمات الجيش التي تمنع التجمعات لأكثر من 50 شخصا في وقت الحرب”، وتربط إعادة فتح الأقصى برفع هذه التعليمات.
وقال مسؤول بدائرة الأوقاف الإسلامية في القدس، للأناضول، إن رفع الأذان داخل المسجد وإقامة الصلوات يتم في مواعيدها لكن بمشاركة محدودة من حراس وسدنة (قائمين على رعايته) المسجد الأقصى وموظفي دائرة الأوقاف الإسلامية.
ويحاول فلسطينيون الاحتجاج على إغلاق المسجد من خلال إقامة الصلاة عند أبواب البلدة القديمة في القدس القريبة من المسجد الأقصى، لكن يتم الاعتداء عليهم من قبل الشرطة الإسرائيلية.
والأربعاء، أدان وزراء خارجية الأردن والإمارات وإندونيسيا وباكستان وتركيا والسعودية وقطر ومصر في بيان مشترك، “استمرار سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في إغلاق أبواب المسجد الأقصى أمام المصلين المسلمين، لا سيما خلال شهر رمضان المبارك”.
وشددوا على أن “القيود الأمنية المفروضة تشكل انتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني، وللوضع التاريخي والقانوني القائم، ولمبدأ حرية الوصول غير المقيد إلى أماكن العبادة”.
كما أكدوا أن “دائرة أوقاف القدس وشؤون المسجد الأقصى التابعة لوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون والمقدسات الإسلامية الأردنية هي الجهة القانونية صاحبة الاختصاص الحصري في إدارة شؤون المسجد الأقصى وتنظيم الدخول إليه”.
ويشرف الأردن على المسجد الأقصى وأوقاف القدس (الشرقية)، بموجب القانون الدولي، الذي يعتبر الأردن آخر سلطة محلية مشرفة على تلك المقدسات قبل احتلالها من جانب إسرائيل.
ومنذ 28 فبراير تغلق إسرائيل المسجد الأقصى وتمنع الصلاة فيه، بما في ذلك صلاة التراويح، بذريعة حالة الطوارئ المتزامنة مع الحرب على إيران.
وتواصل إسرائيل والولايات المتحدة شن غارات على إيران منذ ذلك اليوم، ما أودى بحياة مئات الأشخاص، على رأسهم علي خامنئي ومسؤولون أمنيون، فيما ترد طهران بإطلاق صواريخ ومسيرات باتجاه إسرائيل.
كما تستهدف إيران ما تصفه بمصالح أمريكية في دول عربية، ما تسبب بسقوط قتلى وجرحى وألحق أضرارا بأعيان مدنية، وهو ما أدانته الدول المستهدفة.
